East Bay Innovations (EBI) is a nonprofit organization that helps people with developmental and other disabilities live independently in the community. EBI provides supported and independent living services, employment training and placement, community integration programs, and person-centered planning. Their approach emphasizes self-determination, inclusion, and empowerment. EBI has been serving the East Bay community for over 30 years and supports hundreds of individuals in achieving their personal goals.

CommunityTransition Services (18-22)
Transition services help young adults with disabilities move from school to adult life, covering employment, education, independent living, and community participation.
EducationIndependent Living Skills (ILS)
Training and support to help individuals with developmental disabilities develop skills for independent living in the community.
Adult ServicesRespite Care
Respite care gives family caregivers a break by providing short-term care for individuals with disabilities, either in-home or at a facility.
